Do You Eat Taho Everyday
We love taho or soy pudding. I remember when I used to take care of my nephew that I always buy him everyday. He eats it as his breakfast. I give the vendor our own bowl to put the taho in it and not in a plastic cup. The taho costs at least 10 pesos or more depending on the size of the bowl. Taho is made from soft tofu, vanilla syrup and pearl sago. It’s actually a healthy food as long as you won’t let the vendor put too much syrup. Otherwise, you might get diabetic in the future. Me, I prefer my taho without peral sago and I aslo ask the vendor not to put too much sugar. I even have a separate cup for the syrup so that I can adjust the sweetness according to my taste. There are lots of taho vendor everywhere. Even in Makati where I used to work, there are vendors selling to the office workers. They are asked to leave by the guards though since sidewalk vendors aren’t allowed. Taho is included in my breakfast. I don’t think my day will be complete without eating one.
